terms of service
PAYMENT
Payment can be done either via Ko-Fi or directly through a Paypal Invoice.All payment is fully upfront, with 50% refunds available for lineart and render pieces before the sketch is approved.
USAGE
> Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only.> As the artist, I retain the intellectual property right to the finished piece. I reserve the right to use the completed work in portfolios, to post on my social media, and use as a sample, unless agreed otherwise.> You may the commissioned work digitally for all personal use, including: posting it on external sites, using for icons, banners, backgrounds, and so on, so long as you credit me as the artist.> You may not print or reproduce the finish piece for commercial purposes, whether as a print or to place upon external projects (such as t-shirts, mugs or other merchandise).> You may not put the completed work into any AI engines or use for any generative AI under any circumstances.
GENERAL
> Before I being working on your commission, I will discuss it with you hash out the details, and I will keep you updated and keep in contact with you on my progress to the best of my ability, and I will send you progress images and sketches for your review and approval, and you may ask for revisions freely.In the case of lineart and render pieces, refunds are available before I receive your final approval on the sketch. Once I receive this approval I will begin to work on the next stage. Past this point refunds will no longer be available.At this point, you may ask for a total of 3 major revisions for free, and further revisions will incur an additional price.> Expected turnoout rate ranges from 1 week to 6 weeks, depending on many factors such as real life, the complexiety/crop/size of your request, and how many commissions I have at any given moment.> Please provide as many visual references as possible, whether the commission is for a fanart or for your own original character. If you have a mockup or a stick figure drawing, these are especially welcome so that I can complete your request as accurately as possible.> I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

Fully cleaned, detailed lineart. Details simplified during the sketch process are fully drawn and detailed. Plain color background. EXTRA PRICE FACTORS
> Additional characters cost an extra 50% of the original price.> Complex character designs with lots of details
* That is to say: if you request a Mihoyo character, I will draw them and if they're Yae, Kafka, Lumine, Ayaka, Topaz, or Firefly, to name just my main faves, I will be very very happy to, but the character designs being what they are, it will require lots of references and will take me much longer to finish, which naturally means an increase in price.
** This is not actually exclusive to Mihoyo characters, I just used that as an example to try to be Hip and Cool, this applies to all character designs with a similar level of detail.> Commissions where I actively create a new character design.
* I love designing new characters and I would be deeply honored to help you creatre your OCs! But character design from scratch takes a lot more work than an illustration working off an existing reference, and I will be communicating with you the whole time to make sure the design is what you want, so naturally that's a lengthier and as a result more costly process.> Detailed backgrounds, props and large objects
* Fairly self explanatory, I will default to simple, plain colors or simple shapes/textures which don't take very long for most commissions, unless you actively request an illustration with a more detailed background which also requires more time, work and study. Additional objects, props, weapons, and such will also cost more.
